Oven “fried” chicken cutlets that shatter like this with zero frying in pan?!!
Yes, that crunch came out of the oven. No standing over a pan of hot oil, no splatter, no frying in batches just crispy, golden, juicy cutlets every single time. This is the answer to making pan after pan of them aroudn the Holiday season!
The secrets are simple: right oven temp, right pan technique, pound them thin (thin = crunch), press the coating on like you mean it so it stays put, and don’t skip the oil on before they bake. That’s what makes the crust shatter instead of slide off.
Full recipe is on my site but comment RECIPE and I’ll send it to you right I your inbox.
Save this for your next cutlet night, and tell me below: are you team thin and extra crispy, or thicker and juicy in the middle? I need to know. 👇
