بیکینگ‌پودر یک قاشق چایخوری
جوش شیرین یک قاشق چایخوری
نمک یک پنس(مقداری که بین انگشت شصت واشاره جا میشه)

📌برای گاناش
خامه صبحانه یک پاکت (۲۰۰)گرم
شکلات سکه ای یا تخته ای (۱۰۰)گرم
این مواد روی بخار کتری بزارید تا گرم بشه هم بزنید تا یکدست بشه تا گرمه روی کیکی که تقریبا خنک شده بریزید

✅️شعله پخش کن ازقبل بزارید روی حرارت ملایم تاگرم بشه
✅️درتابه دمکنی بزارید
✅️حرارت ملایم باشه زمان پخت ۳۰ تا ۴۰ دقیقه است
