Our Emergency Preparedness Plan is backed by plenty of work behind the scenes, including fire hydrant maintenance, water storage, infrastructure upgrades and coordination with local fire departments and first responders.
With approximately 18,637 fire hydrants across 1,000 square miles and 174.2 million gallons of water stored across 68 reservoirs, keeping our system ready is a big job.
And it’s one we work on every day to provide our customers with reliable water services 24/7, year round. Happy #NationalPreparednessMonth! 🤝🚰🏡
