Week one at Building B is underway at Fraser Crescent in Mission, BC.

This future six-storey building will consist of 120 units over a two-level underground parkade.

Right now, the focus is on preparing the site for the next stages of construction, including shoring, excavation, and eventually forming the pads and footings.

Vallex Company is also on site completing the retaining wall work, using an anchoring system with grout injection to help secure the excavation area before other trades move in.

This is just the beginning. Follow along as we document Building B from the ground up.
