I wish someone had told me YEARS ago that losing weight didn’t have to be this freaking hard 😭 because the girl on the left was trying SO hard for nothing
comment “METHOD” and I’ll send you the exact 12 week food + workout plan that changed my body 🫶🏼 eating 1200 calories, training for hours, cutting carbs, doing cardio almost every day… and seeing 0 results and then I lost 46lbs doing LESS ! eating bigger meals, enjoying carbs and sweets, training only 3, 4 times a week, going out for dinner multiple times a week 🥹 and I know sooo many of you are where I was. I knoe you are eating clean, training, trying your best and your body isn’t changing so.. I just want you to know you dont have to spend your whole life trying to lose the weight. You can enjoy the process AND see results!! that’s why I made The Arise Method 🥹 to give you the nutrition and workouts I wish someone had given me back then when I was so hopeless and overweight, without having to figure it all out yourself comment METHOD and I’ll send you all the details to join 🩷
