Had a chance to try Red White Boneless Ramen in Manhattan! Delicious! I ordered the Red Hot Miso and boy was it hot! Cleared my sinuses, but, was well worth it. Ramen noodles are not often vegan so I typically avoid, but, with an all plant based ramen spot all bets are off.
