Butterfly effect 🦋🥁 On the final tour with @sunriseavenue we met this young man before the show. @samiosala gave him drum sticks and something happened inside that young boy’s heart. He didn’t want to be the singer / guitarist anymore. I receive a lot of books and letters from you. I try to read all of them. Thank you for all the beautiful words you share. You have no idea how healing they can be. But this book I received from Samuel and his family last night in Frankfurt, that went to the top. After the show last night I was laughing my ass off and also crying my heart out reading it. The best book ever from the coolest boy ever. Thank you for sharing the first steps of your story. I don’t have your permission to share all this for my followers, but Samuel, good things that are this pure and so full of passion and love, they need to be shared. This world needs young boys like you and stories like yours. You’re pure gold young man. If anyone ever is mean or bad to you, that means they’re against me too 🙏❤️ 📸 @stefanievoneltz_
President Tinubu Didn’t Choose The Nigeria He Inherited, But Chose To Confront Its Challenges For The Benefit Of Future Generations — Seyi Tinubu Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, has acknowledged the hardship Nigerians have faced following the removal of fuel subsidy, foreign exchange reforms and changes to the tax system, while defending the policies as necessary for the country’s future. He made the remarks on Monday, October 12, at the maiden edition of the Seyi Tinubu Colloquium, themed “Shaping the Future Together,” held at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos. Speaking at the event, Seyi said President Tinubu inherited existing national challenges but chose to confront them for the benefit of younger Nigerians and future generations. “President Bola Tinubu didn’t choose the Nigeria he inherited from his predecessors, yet his administration chose to confront the challenges of our nation. Not for itself alone, but for the benefit of those who come next. For us, the young generation,” he said. He acknowledged that the reforms had placed pressure on families, adding that the immediate pain was more noticeable than the long-term benefits. “Changes have not been easy. Families whose budgets have been stretched. The pain was immediate. The lasting improvement more difficult to feel and touch. Yet, they are no less real,” he said. Seyi argued that investments in roads, power, mining, manufacturing and agriculture, alongside improved access to education and credit, could create opportunities for younger Nigerians and generations to come. He said he supported his father’s policies because young people needed an economy where hard work could translate into rewards and businesses could thrive.
