2 months ago1 pack sweet Hawaiian rolls 1 lb ground beef 4-6 slices bacon (i used Appleton Farms from Aldi) 1/2 onion chopped (i only had red on hand, its fine) BBQ (I tried a new one for us- Sticky Fingers Smokehouse Hickory and Brown Sugar) cheddar cheese slices Fry Bacon. remove to paper towel lined plate. Remove most of the bacon grease, add onions into remaining grease and cook till translucent. Add in beef, cook till done. Drain. Add in Bacon and mix well. Lastly add BBQ sauce to your liking. I did around a cup. Grease a 9×13 pan, slices the rolls in half, add cheese to bottom layer, then meat then another layer of cheese and finish with the top layer of rolls. brush some melted butter over the top of the rolls. bake at 350 for 13 min. check them may need to go 5-6 min longer. Enjoy!!!! 😋
