Happy National Dance Day 🤍🩰✨
…Before I was teacher and an artistic director, I was a dancer…
Years of training, countless rehearsals, moments beneath the stage lights, and a lifelong devotion to an art form that has shaped so much of who I am.
Dance taught me discipline, resilience, and the beauty of expression. It taught me that strength and grace can coexist, that growth requires dedication, and that artistry is a lifelong pursuit.
Today, I have the privilege of sharing everything this beautiful art form has given me with the next generation of dancers through Highlander Dance Co.
The stages may change, the roles may evolve, but the dancer in me will always remain.
Once a dancer, always a dancer.
