Somewhere between the sunshine, the sea & a little bit of madness… I found my happy place! 🌊☀️💛🌴

Amy accepted Dale is a race car driver a long time ago. She's still having a hard time accepting all his driving habits. 😂

New episode of BYH is out now on Spotify, Apple and YouTube.

You know what’s fun?

Living in a body that you love.

Living in a body that you respect.

Becoming radically responsible for your growth, physically and mentally. Knowing that the choices you make each day come from a genuine desire to discover what you’re capable of.

Going to the gym because you love getting stronger.
Eating in a way that supports the life you want to live.
Having goals that excite you, challenge you, and give you something meaningful to work towards.

And my favourite part of it all- is that you can be deeply grateful for the body you have today, while still being incredibly ambitious about the body you’re building.

You can love yourself and still want to improve. You can accept yourself and still hold yourself to high standards.
You can pursue excellence without making your happiness conditional on achieving it.

I also think there’s something really beautiful about reaching a place where looking after yourself no longer feels like something you have to do.
It’s something you genuinely want to do.
Because you’re curious
Because you’re invested. Because you recognise that this is the only body you’ll ever get to experience life in.

And what a privilege it is to see what you can do with it.

Bill Belichick telling Tom Brady to “settle down there, buddy” is one of the funniest glimpses into their coach-quarterback relationship. During a 2009 New England Patriots game against the Buffalo Bills, Brady looked anxious in his first regular-season game after recovering from a torn ACL, and Belichick could be heard calmly telling him to settle down and step into his throws.

The exchange captures Belichick’s coaching style perfectly: direct, calm, and focused on the next play, even when his star quarterback is getting worked up. Brady listens as Belichick reminds him to get his feet set and deliver the ball properly.

Brady and Belichick went on to win six Super Bowls together with the Patriots, building one of the most successful coach-quarterback partnerships in NFL history. Even with all those championships, the clip shows Belichick treating Brady like any other player who needed a reminder to stay composed and execute.
