There should be no such thing as squatters’ rights. It shouldn’t cost thousands of dollars and months to get rid of them.

It was a pleasure to meet this morning and exchange views with Members of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the German @bundestag.

Germany is Europe’s largest economy, Ukraine’s leading donor, and the EU’s top defence spender. Berlin’s leadership is vital.

Together, we had the opportunity to discuss many of the key priorities of the EU’s foreign policy, from Europe taking more responsibility for its own defence, to the security of Europe’s neighbourhood and the need to strengthen our partnerships.
