Which surah mentions Allah in every single verse? 🤍 Surah Al-Mujadilah (58). It begins with a woman, Khawlah bint Tha’labah, who came to the Prophet ﷺ with a complaint about her husband. She argued her case, and she complained to Allah. And Allah answered from above the heavens: قَدْ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ قَوْلَ الَّتِي تُجَادِلُكَ فِي زَوْجِهَا وَتَشْتَكِي إِلَى اللَّهِ “Certainly has Allah heard the speech of the one who argues with you concerning her husband and directs her complaint to Allah.” (58:1) Aishah was in the same room, yet some of the woman’s words were hidden from her. Allah heard every one of them. Then look at the whole surah: 22 verses, and the name of Allah in every single one. It is the only surah in the Qur’an like this. A surah that opens with a woman being heard never lets a verse pass without Him. When you feel unheard, start where she started. 🤲 💬 Comment “heard” and we’ll send you the full reflection, free. 📩 Send this to someone who needs to know they are heard. EVERYTHING BUT THE KITCHEN SINK SALAD! One of the star recipes from my upcoming cookbook, The Doctor Will Feed You Now. Sweet, smoky, crunchy, a little bit spicy… honestly, the best salad in the world. Although I may be slightly biased 😂 Serves around 6 ⬇️ 🍠 Chop 2 large sweet potatoes into roughly 2cm chunks. Toss with olive oil, paprika and chipotle powder, then air-fry for 18 minutes, until golden and soft. 🧀 Chop 2 blocks of halloumi into chunks. Mix with 2 tins of drained, rinsed chickpeas, a handful each of walnuts and cashews, olive oil, paprika and chipotle powder. Air-fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Cook in batches if needed. 🥒 In a large bowl, combine 1 chopped cucumber, 2 chopped onions and 3 chopped peppers. Add a little olive oil, the juice of 2 limes and some chilli if you fancy it. Add the sweet potatoes and halloumi mixture, toss everything together and tuck in! 🙌 If you like recipes like this, please pre-order The Doctor Will Feed You Now, by me and Mama Khan ❤️ You can preorder it anywhere you get your books x #doctoramirkhan #doctoramir #thedoctorwillfeedyounow
