Armando Montes

Nobody hands you the director’s chair. You build it, earn it, and sit down like you belong there. 🎬

I’ve had the doubts. The slow days, the empty views, the voice asking if any of this was worth it. I kept working anyway. No shortcuts, no excuses, just reps.

If you’re grinding right now and nobody’s clapping yet, keep going. Bet on yourself when it’s quiet. That’s where the real work gets done.

Stay disciplined. Stay hungry. Take the seat.
