2026 - already a year of so much growth and while it hasn’t always been easy, it’s been so worth it. 💗✨

A year ago during my shift at my full time corporate job I was drowning and couldn’t breathe!! Overwhelmed with guilt because the job didn’t care about my severe chronic condition and wouldn’t allow me to use the rr whenever I needed to and I felt I was at fault and wasn’t good enough but that was far from the truth.

I felt helpless with the stress, turned into diagnosed anxiety and depression that had been brewing since I lost my OG comadre.. my grandma Gloria. 🥺

I quit not only the job but I quit allowing myself to be controlled at that caliber. I yelled to God and he listened.. boy did he listen to me. I gave him my word that I would take care of my health and follow my passions because I have a light and everyone around me could see it before I did and it was time that changed. 😭

I started therapy, taking my health seriously inside and out which led to starting my own business with entrepreneurship providing my content creation services, drive for community out reach and becoming a certified pilates instructor during all this behind the scenes. I am beyond proud of myself and anyone who has been following my journey I want you to know this can be your story too!!

This time we have on earth is so precious and short don’t be like me being a hamster on the wheel waiting for change.. TAKE UP SPACE AND MAKE THE CHANGE COMADRES. 💋

I love you all so much and this is just the beginning for us. 🫶🏼

Episode 11: 12 days of mental health 🎄🎅🏼❤️✨

Feliz Navidad Comadres! I like to keep my loved ones off my socials but this series is about being vulnerable. So enjoy the triangle making pizza from scratch! We cut some corners tonight but no pasa nada!! Just missing my baby (Reggie) & tonight would have been perfect. Still so blessed to be able to do things like this w my family.
