Iedereen was zo enorm goed. @rene_688 . Wat ben je goed, van harte gefeliciteerd ! Heel veel succes in Malta waar jij Nederland mag vertegenwoordigen.

This is the ULTIMATE preconception-to-postpartum crash course 📝

My friend and SAVA Nutrition founder, Taylor Dukes, is back and she’s expecting baby #3! Now that I’m in my trying-to-conceive era, I asked her everything: how to prep your body before pregnancy, which prenatal to take, the nontoxic registry must-haves and how to protect your postpartum season.

Would you like a refresher on the ideal preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum experience?!

Another one of the many reasons I love bodybuilding. Because in it, you can’t get everything you want right away. It doesn’t happen in a day, a week, a month, not even a year. Not even five years. It’s a lifelong path. And it teaches patience. It teaches discipline. It makes you a better person.
I’m proud of myself for the path I’ve walked. That’s exactly why I don’t care what other people say about me, the ones trying to devalue me or insult me. Because I know how it all happened. I know what I did for this. I can answer for every day of my life and every small action. Because I’m honest with myself. And that’s the most important thing.
That’s why, if you want something, doesn’t matter what, even to fly to the moon, don’t listen to anyone trying to talk you out of it. In this world, the limits are only in our heads. Everything is possible. The hardest part is believing it.

The song says it all🥰😜🫶

One day at a Time .. let’s do this !!👍
