One of the ways i learn about my colours is through collage. It makes me to be more decisive and careful at the same time playful.
Started using these old and rejected banners some years ago. I mostly collect them from printing shops,from the street and atimes print out some that are very interesting to me.
I was drawn to this material because of how they contribute to the architectural design of my surroundings. And to me,it a representation of a space in my environment, a reflection of what is expected in a space.
Using these materials to create these collage works by deconstructing and constructing it to form these interesting work inspired by these everyday structures, I intend to find out how color, form,text, could trigger and remind us the purpose of a space in the community.
The act of playfulness is the ⛽️, overthinking☠️.
