Gubernur Bali Wayan Koster membatalkan rencana penerapan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah atau work from home (WFH) dan sekolah daring setelah dirumuskan solusi penanganan cepat untuk mengatasi antrean bahan bakar minyak (BBM). “Kalau dengan skema yang diputuskan dalam rapat ini dan akan diterapkan mulai malam ini sampai besok, maka tidak perlu WFH,” ucap Koster usai rapat bersama PT Pertamina di Denpasar, Selasa (13/10). Ia menjelaskan bahwa semula terdapat rencana penerapan bekerja dari rumah apabila skenario penanganan darurat belum disiapkan secara matang. Menurutnya, kebijakan tersebut tidak jadi diambil karena seluruh skema operasional penanggulangan antrean sudah tersusun dengan baik mulai dari di hulu yaitu Depo Pertamina hingga hilir yaitu SPBU. Gubernur Bali menjelaskan bahwa batalnya mengeluarkan instruksi WFH tersebut dirancang bersama Direktur Utama Pertamina setelah mencermati ramainya antrean kendaraan warga di berbagai SPBU.
