EXCLUSIVE: Leave a “YES” below and I’ll DM you my FULL episode with Two-time Paralympic gold medalist @ezrafrech👇

Ezra is only 21, but the way he thinks about confidence, pressure, failure, and purpose completely changed the way I see all four. Born with a limb difference, he grew up being stared at, underestimated, and told—sometimes with good intentions—that he didn’t have to expect as much from himself. Instead, he decided to expect more.

We talk about learning to fully accept his body, the painful moments that shaped his confidence, turning failure into motivation, becoming a Paralympic champion, competing on Dancing With the Stars, and why he believes confidence is built by keeping the promises you make to yourself.

But what inspires me most about Ezra isn’t what he’s overcome. It’s what he’s trying to change. He wants kids with disabilities to grow up seeing possibility instead of limitation—and he’s using sport, representation, and every platform he earns to help make that happen.

If you’ve ever been underestimated, struggled to accept a part of yourself, been afraid to dream bigger, or needed a reminder that you are capable of far more than other people may expect of you… this conversation is for you.

ALHAMDULILLAH we are baby burger monster team ❤️🤲💕

I don't seem to see many book reviews anymore, are people still posting them or is Instagram just hiding them from me 🤔
