When I look into your big brown eyes I see my life. A life that people read about in fairy tales, a life I dreamt about as a child, a life I never knew could actually be a reality. In your eyes I see my best friend, I see my soulmate and I see the most honest man there could ever be. Matthew you give me faith in humanity and you make me proud to be part of the human race. Our eyes are the windows into the soul and I have never and will never meet another soul as pure and beautiful as yours. I love your soul and the way it so perfectly entangles with mine.

When you hold me in your arms I feel your power, your strength and your love. In your arms I feel safe, I feel calm, and I feel loved. When I lay my head on your chest and I listen to your heart I feel at home. No matter where in the world we are,when I’m with you I feel at home. When I am by your side I feel inspired. You live life with endless passion, and grace. You strive for the best while always remembering to slow down to enjoy the moments. By your side I feel like the best version of myself and I am certain that we can conquer the world together.

When I think about all of you, I understand how lucky I am to be the woman who gets to spend her life with you. Of all the accomplishments I’ve achieved in my life, you are the one that makes me feel the most fulfilled. I know it seems weird to consider you an accomplishment but I am trying to explain that I feel privileged, grateful and honored to be a good enough human and woman that you chose to be your wife.

Matthew, you have the soul of a child but the mind of a philosopher; The heart of a lion yet the compassion of an angel. You are my whole world wrapped into the body of one man. You are my sun, always bringing life and energy to our relationship. You are my ocean… Deep and full of emotion, always providing an outlet to dive into passionate conversion, always reminding me to flow with the waves and making sure nothing ever feels too big. Matthew one lifetime will never be long enough to adventure with you.
