Tummy 👀 like SHRINK WRAP 🔥
Comment APP for my rib cage and balloon exercises to actually FLATTEN your midsection!

This is a GOLD ⭐️ Star exercise and so many women have NO idea it even exists!

Try this slow rollback with a balloon and tell me your abs aren’t seriously ON FIRE! 🔥

You will feel your abs contract around your midsection like shrink wrap from the BOTTOM UP.

Strengthening these built-in CORSET muscles was a HUGE part of how I got my midsection FLAT-FLAT after having a baby, with my rib cage narrowing FOUR bra 🍒 band sizes 👀

Blowing up a balloon HANDS-FREE while engaging your abs and managing intra-abdominal pressure ALONE is a serious SKILL.

And it’s one ALL WOMEN should aim to MASTER!

Here, I imagine a band is attached to my tailbone, pulling it underneath me, tilting my pelvis under like a wheel as I EXHALE FULLY into the balloon, firing 🔥 up my lower, middle and upper abs!

That FULL exhale recruits my intercostal muscles + external obliques to help draw my lower RIBS down and in.

Your core is a PRESSURE SYSTEM. We’re working on that beautiful symphony of your diaphragm, abs and pelvic floor to manage pressure together.

And the payoff goes beyond just “feeling a burn.” This exercise can help:

✨ Improve that stubborn lower belly pooch
✨ Support diastasis recovery
✨ Reduce leaking and improve pelvic floor function
✨ Improve low back pain
