De vide … à des milliers de spectateurs venus vibrer, chanter, danser 💃🏾🕺🏽
C’est la magie du théâtre antique d’Orange 🧡

✨Your abs are muscles - so train them like muscles. 🦾

It can be relatively easy to make your abs visible through low body fat, but visible doesn’t automatically mean strong or well-developed.

If you want thicker, stronger abs, they need progressive overload too: resistance, controlled reps and gradually increasing the challenge over time.

Just like you wouldn’t expect your legs, back or shoulders to grow from doing the same easy reps forever… your abs are no different.

So yes, I’m putting a 20kg dumbbell between my legs and making those side crunches work. 😂🔥

Train your core for more than just aesthetics.
Build strength. Build muscle. Build control. 🩰🦾
