Eggs are a highly nutritious food that provides high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals. 💪 They help build and repair muscles, support brain function, maintain healthy bones, and keep the body strong. Eggs also contain vitamin B12, vitamin D, choline, and other essential nutrients. 🧠🥚 Market eggs are generally produced on poultry farms where hens are raised in controlled environments with proper feed, clean water, lighting, and veterinary care. 🐔🌾 Hens naturally produce eggs through their reproductive system, and an egg can develop even without mating with a rooster. Most eggs sold for eating are unfertilized, which means they cannot develop into chicks. 🥚 Eggs form inside the hen's body, where the yolk develops first, followed by the egg white, membranes, and hard shell. The eggs are then collected, checked for quality, cleaned or processed according to local food-safety practices, packaged, and transported to shops and markets. 🚜📦 Commercial egg production does not mean that eggs are artificially manufactured in factories; they are naturally produced by hens on farms. Choosing clean, uncracked eggs and cooking them properly helps reduce the risk of foodborne illness. 🍳✅ #protienshake #nutrition #superfood #healtydiet #calories
Women are having fewer children, and honestly, can we blame them? Between the economy, politics, internet safety, and the uncertainty of what the future looks like, the decision to bring more children into this world feels a lot more complicated than it used to. Tune into our latest episode of Two Personal for the full conversation. 🎙️
Life is a dream—and your perspective helps shape the way you live it. ✨ Two people can look at the same closed door. One sees rejection. The other sees an invitation to finally choose a different path. What are you telling yourself about the door in front of you? Mercury in Scorpio quincunx Saturn in Aries symbolizes that uncomfortable tension between wanting to move forward and questioning every step. Your mind digs deeper, looking for answers, while fear whispers, “What if I fail? What if it’s too late? What if nothing changes?” Repeat those thoughts enough, and a temporary obstacle starts feeling like a permanent reality. But feeling stuck doesn’t mean you have no choices. Yes, some circumstances are hard. Some delays are real. You can acknowledge what hurts and still question the story that says you are powerless. As Pluto stations direct in Aquarius, let it symbolize a turning point: reclaiming the energy you’ve spent trying to control the outcome and putting it toward your next move. Make the call. Set the boundary. Put your idea out into the world. Take one honest step toward the life you keep imagining. Your power grows when you use it. You don’t need every answer before you begin. You need a willingness to stop letting yesterday’s disappointment make every decision for tomorrow. If life is a dream, pay attention to the story you keep rehearsing. Give yourself a future worth waking up for and start participating in creating it. 🔥
