This was such a sweet story. Maisie and Austin get to know each other through text messages first, but then meet in real life as well. They don’t know they have been chatting before, and Austin needs a tutor. He heard from his professor that Maisie is a good one. Austin needs to pass a certain test otherwise he’s not allowed to play hockey.

Along the way, Maisie and Austin get to know each other better, and a sweet friendship begins. Maisie is a loner, quiet and mostly on her own, while Austin is the life of the party and very popular. They are two opposites, but they fit perfectly together.

I loved how their friendship bloomed and that they started to realise that they felt safe with each other. Love started to bloom, and slowly on, they started to get closer and closer. They were both very strong and fighting for their own dreams, but also very supportive of each other.

They really warmed my heart, and I couldn’t stop smiling. They were so adorable together, and I just wanted to keep reading about them.
