We're back with another Business as Usual, and this week we're highlighting a business that started with a birthday cake.
More than 16 years ago, Kimberly Kerr baked a dinosaur cupcake cake for her son's first birthday because purchasing one simply wasn't an option at the time. A photo shared online sparked interest, and what began as a simple act of love slowly grew into a business.
Today,
@pureandsimplebakery is known for its small-batch baking, growing gluten-free product line, and partnerships with local businesses such as Cosmo's Café, A Taste of Heaven, and Shale Ridge Estates & Winery.
Operating from one of Wyoming's first certified kitchens, Kimberly continues to build her business through quality ingredients, community support, and a passion for creating products people genuinely enjoy.
