Is MREIF mortgage money finished? Not necessarily. 🏠
MREIF is a ₦1 trillion fund raised in tranches (the first was ₦250B). It works as a wholesaler, giving money to partner banks like Stanbic IBTC and Wema who then deal with you directly. Those funds were spread unevenly and banks have disbursed at different speeds, so YOUR bank may have run out while others haven't.
And with 2,000+ mortgages given out in about 18 months, the next tranche is expected.
Stuck with a bank that says "no money"?

That is what you said that make me to contact you but the way you and your team handled it, looks like 419 or scam process.
