took a little “memory lane” field trip for my soul today… no itinerary. no agenda. just me, the water, a little music, and enough quiet to catch my breath. funny how sometimes the road forward begins with remembering who you were before life got so loud… #virginiaisforlovers #memories #reset #va #vignette

Somehow putting this reel together ended being a therapeutic and unexpectedly emotional experience. If you could go back in time and spend a day with your younger self, which age of you would you spend the day with? Me, I think I’d spend the day with 4.5 year old Ashley—her personality and anxieties just starting to truly take form and also still little enough to hold in my arms ✨💛
