HEEL PAIN 🤕 Your client comes back after six weeks. Same heel, same first-step pain, and they’ve done every bit of the fascia program you gave them. The usual move is to add load or add time. Worth asking a different question first: is it actually the fascia? Heel pain gets treated as one diagnosis because it’s one location. It isn’t one structure. Four different tissues sit under that same spot, and each one responds to a completely different load. Treat the wrong one for six weeks and you’ll get exactly what this patient got. Nothing. Save this for the next heel that doesn’t respond 💾 Comment “HEEL” if you want to learn more about heel pain 🔥 #physiotherapy #podiatrist #runner #basketball #netball

Last day Kyunki Van Diaries! It’s a hot hot hot day today. And a long long long one too. The few of us who still have work left are cooking up a good finale for you. This October heat makes the kitchen a little extra hot, but we like it sizzling. Tonight the gates close finally on Shanti Niketan, and this long tale comes to an end. Three days till the last episode goes on air. Thank you for letting us entertain you.
