Here are 3 simple exercises to get started: 1. Sit to Stand: Build leg strength for everyday movements. 2. Wall Push-Ups: Strengthen your upper body for everyday pushing movements. 3. Farmer’s Carry: Improve grip and full-body strength for carrying everyday items. Of course, the best routine includes both walking and strength training. They each offer different benefits.
