A little reminder to slow down and appreciate what you already have. ❤️ I know some days things don’t work out and we start doubting ourselves. But don’t let what you don’t have make you forget how blessed you already are. Keep going, keep dreaming, but always make room for gratitude. 🫶🏻✨

One of the things I love most about dancing? The freedom to just be yourself 🤍 To move, interpret the music and connect with the person in front of you, without feeling like you have to fit into a certain way of dancing. And I think that’s what makes every dance different. Two people bringing their own way of feeling the music into the same moment. Thank you @‌soy.tommymtz for sharing this dance with me! Such a pleasure!
Six weeks of you, River. I keep waiting to feel like I’ve caught my breath. And then she does something small a yawn, the way she finds my finger in the dark and I realise I’m not out of breath. I’m just full. Full of her. Full of Phoenix. Full of every single person who got us here. It isn’t all soft. It’s loud and I’m tired and I cried over a lost muslin. But I wouldn’t swap a second. Why does the newborn stage go so quick? Send this to someone in the fog of newborn days. Or someone who waited a very long time for their person to arrive. #rainbowbaby #sixweeks #newbornlife #babyloss #stopwaitingstartliving
