It took me a long time to work through my cycle NOT being related to a hormonal imbalance, it’s so exciting to see information about PMDD become surfaced more quickly as we start researching our bodies ❤️🔥

I also love using stardust. I didn’t fully track all my symptoms, but noticing the pattern helped me bring it up to my doctor. I never had the words to explain what was happening to me until I started tracking it and then landing on Pmdd with my doctor
