Social Media Trend Leads to Multiple Arrests at Closed Business 🚨 A dangerous social media trend is encouraging people to trespass and break into "Adventure Zone," a permanently closed local business. Participating in these online challenges is not a game—it's a crime. These actions carry severe legal consequences, including felony charges for burglary and evading arrest. El Paso Police Department recently responded to four separate trespassing incidents at the property, leading to the following arrests: ________________________________________ Incident 1 (Case #26-268223) Charges: Criminal Trespass / Evading Arrest or Detention • Individuals Involved: (3 adults, 3 juveniles) Incident 2 (Case #26-270119) Charges: Burglary of a Building / Evading Arrest or Detention • Individuals Involved: 5 Adults Incident 3 (Case #26-283003) Charges: Criminal Trespass • Individual Involved: (1adult) Incident 4 (Case #26-287008) Charges: Criminal Trespass • Individuals Involved: (5 adults) ________________________________________ ⚠️ Important Notice for Parents and Youth: Social media trends involving illegal entry or property destruction are criminal offenses, not harmless pranks. They can result in detention, arrest, and long-term criminal records. Please report any suspicious activity around closed commercial properties to local law enforcement immediately. #EPPD
