Colours are changing and fading adopting cute tones in between and I’m here for it. I’m actually ecstatic! This morning the air was crisp! I loved it! First ‘cold’ night here, still above 10 degrees Celsius but it felt different. The heat is gone, but it’s still nice, I can now stay a bit in the sun and enjoy it. My cat came on my bed for cuddles because with the cold they completely change personality 😆 They’re getting fluffier by the day and omg so soft! I much prefer my cats in the winter 🥰 I’ve just been very happy all day! I’m excited for winter! Also I’ve been working out every morning: I do Chinese grandma in the park movements to support lymphatic flow and fascia and then mobility drills and stretching. It takes me 20-30 minutes and after that I just feel really good in my body and calm enough for a good meditation. This morning I had thoughts but I was calm and I started again having weird body awareness as if my hands on my knees were really high. It’s funny! And at some point I had a glimpse of an infinite field extending horizontally. Of course I got too excited so it disappeared 🤣 I think meditation slowly develops a certain humour in you! You spend so much time in confusion, frustration, and then it just dissolves into amusement! I’m still a beginner but I already know that if people could experience what a meditation practice could give them everybody would meditate daily!
