Actually, the AC is always set to the coldest temperature even though it’s really hot outside, so you’re constantly going between extreme temperatures. Try to keep your body temperature balanced. And in Makkah, avoid drinking Zamzam water when it’s ice-cold—you might end up catching a cold.

Something that helps is boiling your water then putting honey and lemon and blend a small piece of ginger 🫚 with water and then pour it into the cup all together but make sure to strain the ginger ❤️
