【慎防偽冒香港郵政的虛假網站】

香港郵政呼籲市民提高警覺，留意一個偽冒香港郵政的虛假網址(hxxps://refundegadget[.]com)，並慎防冒認香港郵政發出的虛假短訊或電郵，附有超連結至偽冒網址，要求收件人提供個人資料，或支付郵費
　　
香港郵政澄清與相關虛假網址及網站並無關係，並已將事件轉交警方處理。

提提大家，香港郵政嘅官方網站網址係「https://hongkongpost.hk」及「https://hongkongpost.gov.hk」，並只會以「#HKPost」名稱向本地流動電話服務用戶發出短訊，及以域名「@hkpo.gov.hk」或「@hongkongpost.hk」發出電郵。香港郵政重申不會透過電郵、短訊或社交媒體發送超連結以收取款項及收集個人資料！

市民要提高警惕，切勿登入可疑網站及提供個人資料。如有查詢，可致電香港郵政查詢熱線2921 2222或電郵至[email protected]。

【 Beware of fraudulent Hongkong Post website 】

Hongkong Post has appealed to members of the public to stay alert to a fraudulent Hongkong Post website address (hxxps://refundegadget[.]com) and beware of fraudulent SMS messages or emails purportedly sent by Hongkong Post, which provided hyperlink that lead to the fraudulent website address for requesting the recipient to provide personal information or make a payment for postage

Hongkong Post clarifies that it has no connection to the fraudulent website and address and has reported the case to the Police for follow-up.

Hongkong Post reminds the public that its official website addresses are (https://hongkongpost.hk) and (https://hongkongpost.gov.hk), and Hongkong Post will only use “#HKPost” to send SMS messages to local subscribers of mobile phone services , and use the domain name “@hkpo.gov.hk” or “@hongkongpost.hk” to send emails . Hongkong Post reiterates that it will not send embedded hyperlinks via emails, SMS messages or social media platforms for collecting payments and personal information!
