Start with the cornicione… the light, airy, beautifully puffed edge around your pizza. 🍕 Watch as Anne @bntpizza gently stretches the MiMi dough, pushing the air toward the outside without flattening that all-important rim. Then comes the @ezzosausageco cup-and-char pepperoni crispy around the edges, curled into little cups and packed with flavour. Big bubbles. Crispy pepperoni. One seriously good pizza.
