NOMAD VÉLO REVIEW — ANOTHER UPDATE. 🧾

Today I received another response from Nomad Vélo — this time via Outlook.

They confirm that my case “remains a priority” and that they are still following up with their logistics team in China regarding the “pending customs clearance.”

They also state that they are waiting for confirmation that the outstanding issues have been resolved before my refund can be processed.

So, once again, three very simple questions remain:

1. Have the outstanding duties/taxes been paid?
2. Has customs clearance been completed?
3. When will my €104 refund actually be processed?

As of 22 September 2026, I still have no confirmed answer to any of them.

For context: I have already been told in writing that no further action is required from my side and that their team in China is handling the remaining customs procedures.

So there is nothing left for me to do except wait.

And document. 🧾👀

Hopefully the next update will finally be:

CLEARED. RECEIVED. REFUNDED.
