Welcome to THE BACKROOMS!

We let Ollie (who is 8) choose his costume every Halloween. He seen the Backrooms movie? No. Has he seen the online series? Nah. Does he think it is the absolute coolest story of the year and that The Bacteria monster was the ULTIMATE costume choice? YES ABSOLUTELY. Me and @matpatgt backed him up as usual, this time going as an ASync researcher and... a wall, respectively.

Also just wanted to call out that I gained TWO new crafting skills this year: wallpapering wrapping paper onto cardboard, and sewing 196 pipe cleaners into spandex. These will clearly serve me into the future.

He walked into the clinic expecting a routine blood transfusion, but apparently nobody warned him about the unexpected personality upgrade.

One minute he’s relaxing in a hospital chair, and the next he’s staring at a locked bicycle like it’s the greatest opportunity of his life.

Apparently, the hospital’s medical screening included blood type, cholesterol, and iron levels, but somehow forgot to check for sudden criminal impulses.

Nothing says “successful transfusion” quite like leaving the hospital healthier than ever while immediately developing an unhealthy interest in somebody else’s property.

The doctor gave him a second chance at life, but apparently his common sense didn’t survive the procedure.

He came in needing blood and walked out needing a bicycle lock to protect the neighborhood from his imagination.
