280lbs of 93/7 Canadian Beef ๐Ÿฅฉ ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ ๐Ÿ˜‚ Fasted morning check in! That means no pump, no water & no food just straight out of bed! Day 15 of Building Season Very happy with the rebound so far other than day 9-12 I was pretty sick with cold and flu symptoms so I had to take a few days off the gym to make sure I could go back and be 100%. It sure was hard to stay away from the gym!! Day 13 I hit chest + shoulders & day 14 was Legs! Fantastic workouts and was so happy to be back! Coach @martin_winston_ has diet & everything dialed in and @zanewatson_ifbb has taken over my training which Iโ€™m super grateful for, itโ€™s the push that I needed to take me to the next level! Today is a rest day and now @brittjstone and Jett caught the sicknessโ€ฆ๐Ÿค’๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผtook Jett to the doctors and got him what he needed, getting some things done around the house and spending time with the Fam.
