What I eat in a day - training day

Total macros:
Calories 1,807
Carbs: 185g
Fats: 55g
Protein: 143g

Meal 1 - 9am
Cream of rice, banana, honey and whey. No fats in this meal to allow for quick digestion because I train within 30minutes of this meal.
Meal 2 - 11am
Beef, spinach and rice cakes. The spinach adds volume for not many calories and helps me feel like I’ve actually ate something.
Meal 3 - 1pm
Chicken salad with guacamole. This meal is so low in calories but actually keeps me full for ages and that’s why I have it twice 😋
Meal 4 - 3pm
Ninja creami with dark choc and rice cakes (toasted). Seriously, toasted rice cakes make them taste like warm popcorn 👌🏼 when you’re this deep in prep, any new flavour is divine.
Meal 5 - 5:30pm
Chicken salad & guacamole(avocado mashed 🤣)
Meal 6 - 7pm
Eggy oat bowl. I save fats during the day to load this as much as possible. It keeps me nice and full before bed to help me sleep. I would much rather have this bowl of oats over any cheat meal. I genuinely think keeping this in every day is the reason my cravings and food focus low during this diet.

My meals aren’t bland or boring, I love every single one of them and even though I’m on a meal plan I worked with my coach to find foods that work well for me and I enjoy. If you enjoy your food it’s much easier to stick to it.
I have always preferred eating little and often. During prep this has been a game changer because even if I’m starving the next meal is never too far away.
