Trochus snails spawning like crazy in the large tank plus teeming with micro fauna (pods and detritus worms). 0 live rock used for this tank. Already got coraline going and a healthy biome starting to form. Just need to hang some lights over it now!

2.5 months left in the year, what’re you going to do with it?

Most people make excuses for themselves because it’s easy, it makes you feel better in a way. You know what’s hard? Not the plan or doing the work- it’s sticking to the plan. Day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year.

A lot of you don’t see results because you’re in a constant cycle of starting and then quitting after a few weeks, or even a few months. You give up and then you have to start all over again. What went wrong here? You didn’t stick to the plan.

Consistency builds. Idk how many times I need to say it. Sometimes you won’t see results for a while, and then all of sudden they come out of nowhere. The biggest thing: stick to a plan. Follow through. I see too many people give up on themselves. And for what reason? I can’t answer that for you.

There’s always a work around. There’s always a plan you can follow. There’s always a way. Most of you set new year’s goals- especially with fitness. I’ll be brutally honest, 70-80% of those people fail. We see it every single year. Most give up after 2-4 weeks.

Results take time. So my advice to you, stop waiting for the new year to “start again,” just for you to fail again. There’s no better time than now and I’ve always been a firm believer on that. At the end of the day, you owe it to yourself.
