AD @charliebighams challenged me to share why ‘Slowly Does It’ matters in my life...
This autumn I’ve been taking a bit more time to properly enjoy the things that make me feel good - like getting outside for a good walk, and stopping to appreciate the little things along the way!
And perhaps that’s why the Charlie Bigham’s fish pie feels like the perfect meal to come home to after a long day outdoors - because they take their time to perfect every dish, meaning I can take my time enjoying mine.
