Athletes of the meet from our first 3 meets!
Jake Skibbie ran a season best (8k PR) at Gil Dodds of 28:51 which was 2:53 seconds better than his previous best finishing the race as the 6th man on the team. Olivia ran a 3:08 season best (6k PR) at the same meet finishing in 30:10.
The weekend prior at the Spartan Classic, Kevin Ching notched the lone PR for the men’s squad on a challenging course running 31:23 which was an over 40 second PR & finishing within the top 20 of the meet. Addie finished her first ever 6k overcoming a difficult week prior. She finished as the team’s 5th scoring runner.
In our first Michael led the pack finishing first for the team, top NJCAA athlete and 20th overall in his first collegiate race. Michael has continued this streak in his following meets ranking #1 in NJCAA DIII. Nicole led the women’s team at the first meet in her collegiate debut. She has continued to be the team’s top finisher each week and is currently ranked #6 NJCAA DIII for the 6k.
