Imagine showing up to work, grabbing your morning coffee, and suddenly hearing a voice announce that your coworkers have 30 minutes to decide who lives and who dies. That's exactly how an ordinary workday turns into a living nightmare in The Belko Experiment (2016). Eighty employees. One corporate office building in Bogotá, Colombia. No way out. And a mysterious voice announcing rules that no one could possibly be prepared to follow. At first, everyone thinks it must be some kind of sick joke. But the moment they realize the threat is real, everything changes. The people you shared lunch breaks with, complained about work with, and trusted every single day suddenly become people you might have to fear. And that's what makes this psychological horror thriller so disturbing. Directed by Greg McLean and written by James Gunn, The Belko Experiment premiered in 2016 before its theatrical release in 2017. The film stars John Gallagher Jr. as Mike Milch, Tony Goldwyn as Barry Norris, and Adria Arjona as Leandra Florez. But beneath the shocking violence and terrifying survival game lies a question that makes this movie impossible to forget. How well do you really know the people around you? The tension isn't just about escaping the building. It's about watching ordinary people confront impossible moral decisions as fear slowly destroys everything they thought they believed in. One moment, you're discussing deadlines. The next, you're questioning whether the person sitting beside you can still be trusted. That's the terrifying brilliance of this must-see office survival thriller. It transforms the most familiar workplace environment into something completely unpredictable. And suddenly, having a terrible day at work takes on an entirely different meaning. Save this unforgettable movie moment or share it with the coworker who would absolutely panic first.
Today I finished 16 of 19 radiation treatments. Just three left! 🤍 Here’s what nobody tells you about radiation… It’s every single weekday (except holidays). It becomes your routine — like a job you didn’t apply for. It’s sneakier than chemo. You feel okay… until you don’t. Everyone’s experience is different. Some feel fatigue early on, some don’t experience it at all, and others feel it after treatment ends. So far, I haven’t experienced any fatigue, and I’m praying this trend continues! Your skin needs babying. I’ve been applying CeraVe Moisturizing Cream to the radiated area 4–6 times a day. So far, my skin has been holding up well. A couple of my followers suggested Mepitel film, and I looked into it. Ultimately, I decided not to use it because I wanted to continue strength training and was concerned about managing the film during sweaty workouts. Your energy needs budgeting, too. Even when you feel fine, give yourself permission to slow down when you need to. Prioritize what matters, build in time to rest, and remember that doing less on some days isn’t a setback. It’s listening to your body. And if you’re feeling good enough to keep moving, you don’t have to give up the things that make you feel like yourself — just be willing to adjust as needed. And as the finish line gets closer, you might find yourself thinking about what comes next. You’re grateful to be nearing the end, but there may also be uncertainty about recovery, side effects, and the road ahead. Finishing treatment is a milestone, even when your emotions don’t fit neatly into a celebration. Every woman’s radiation story has its own plot twists. If you’ve been through radiation, tell me: What surprised YOU the most? And if you’re starting soon, what’s your biggest question? Let’s help each other through this👇 New here? Follow along as I navigate breast cancer treatment, share the things I’m learning along the way, and keep showing up for strength training, faith, family, and life in my 50s. 🤍 SAVE or SHARE this with someone who’s about to start radiation. 🤍 #radiationtherapy #breastcancerawarenessmonth #cancerjourney #breastcancerwarrior
#Blueface and #ChriseanRock are getting into the Halloween spirit with a little family fun! 🎃 The pair took Chrisean Jr. to the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride for a spooky night out, and they brought fans along for the festivities by livestreaming their adventure. The family posed for photos in front of a pumpkin-filled display before making their way through the attractions.👻 (SWIPE➡️) #TJBCrew, what do y’all think about their family outing? 👀
