These are my real secrets👇‼️ It’s about hormones, stress, inflammation & daily habits. 1️⃣ Lower cortisol, not calories Chronic stress = stubborn belly fat. I focus on nervous-system regulation (breathing, calm mornings, less rushing). 🧘‍♀️✨ 2️⃣ Oxygen & deep breathing Yes — conscious breathing and fresh air matter more than you think. Oxygen supports fat metabolism and hormone balance. 🌬️💛 3️⃣ No extreme workouts Too much HIIT can backfire after 50. I move consistently, gently, and smart — not harder. 🚶‍♀️✨ 4️⃣ Anti-inflammatory eating I eat to calm my body, not to punish it. Stable blood sugar = flatter belly. 🥑✨ 5️⃣ Consistency over perfection Small habits, every day. That’s the real magic. ✨ No filters. No starving. Just understanding my body and working with it, not against it. 🤍 👉 Save this video so you don’t forget these habits 👉 Follow me @agelesswithsue for real, tested 50+ aging & beauty secrets ✅
TNHT Staff: @YesThatsDee ______________ Neighbors, not the deacon leaving the children out in the wilderness like Moses! ______________ Georgia church deacon Erin Menefee, 42, apparently had ENOUGH after four kids, ages 9 to 12, allegedly started cussing and fighting on the church bus. ______________ Instead of telling them to sit down and find Jesus, Deacon Menefee allegedly dropped them off at a busy intersection nearly FOUR MILES from home because he “DON’T PLAY THAT!” ______________ The children’s mother went searching when they never made it home. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan spotted them and gave them a ride. Menefee reportedly told police he removed them for safety reasons and called a relative to pick them up, but admitted he should’ve waited. ______________ Now he’s facing four counts of reckless conduct! He has since bonded out.
