Shoutout to my clientttt because this is a GOOD update to get! 🙌🏾 She stayed with the process, kept going, and now she’s riding off in a new car with little to nothing down.

This is why I tell y’all don’t get discouraged when everything doesn’t change overnight. Give it time, stay consistent, and let the work start showing for you.

I love seeing my clients able to actually USE their progress. Congrats girl, enjoy that new ride!

Sunset Strength in Florence 🌅

A thickly built brunette with powerful muscular arms, prominent natural armpit hair, and thick body hair across her abdomen and thighs poses on a stone terrace overlooking Florence at sunset. Wearing a cream lace-up top, brown leather corset, and rugged skirt, she flexes her bicep, smiles, and finishes with a relaxed hip sway.

October is a month I’ll look back on with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes. This month has brought joy and pain, some physical for me (Maggie in the marsh and oyster cuts as a result, massive burns from stupid curling irons and leash tangles causing wrist tears) and some emotional (standing over my mom watching her body try to fight a 105.6 fever is something that will haunt me until the day that I die).

But, we lived to see November. We literally thrived and then just survived this month. And the longer I’m on this earth the more that I find I’m a student of that rhythm. We all are.

If I’ve learned nothing else, and if I could pass on only one lesson from these 46 years on the planet, let it be this.

No matter how good you’ve got it or how bad your life feels right now, nothing lasts forever. It never gets easier and stays easier. Happiness is truly found in navigating both periods of your life with grace, as much grace as you can muster, for yourself and those around you. That’s something I’m still working on. And, to be completely honest, I’m crap at it but I’m trying.

This was October…

(Never been happier to hear Mariah Carey at midnight on November 1st).
