If you have a shop, or if you use h3mp products - you and everyone else may run out of some of your favorite/ best selling products…….and it is because of the new definition of h3 mp products and cannabis. The current .03% and under(of Delta 9) definition of hemp has 80 days left until it changes to .04mg of everything definition which makes all the current hemp stuff illegal - and magically defines it as federally illegal cannabis. Because nobody wants to be stuck with a warehouse full of things that can get them in trouble - until something changes, many companies aren’t making any more stock that requires large advanced purchases of packaging/devices/etc. to be ordered from overseas. If this doesn’t change, it’s gonna be VERY bad for a LOT of people - stores, companies, consumers, all of it. If you start to see products not in stock, from us or anyone else you buy from - this is why, so act accordingly. 🤘🫠 The new farm bill/federal definition of what is legal (and what becomes very illegal) currently kicks in as of December 11 for these products - time to adjust, do with that info what you will.
