Nobody really talks about this part of growth
You work toward the goal
You get the clients
The launch goes well
Your audience grows
More opportunities start coming in
And you think: “I made it”
But then you realise…
There is also more to manage
More people to serve
More content to create
More messages to answer
More decisions to make
More things happening behind the scenes
And if you’re still holding everything yourself?
Your business may be growing…
𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠
I don’t think that’s a failure
And I don’t think the answer is to want less
Sometimes growth simply asks us to build differently
To create systems before everything becomes urgent
To let other people hold pieces that don’t need to live in our heads
To stop measuring success only by: How much can I do?
And start asking: 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭?
Because I want my clients to grow. I want them to have more impact, more opportunities, more freedom
But I also want them to have time to close the laptop
To travel
To be with their family
To sleep
To create
To be a person outside of their business
𝐁𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫
Maybe the next level isn’t about becoming someone who can carry more
Maybe it’s about building a business that doesn’t require you to
