felt so supported & strong throughout my pregnancy and labour and have soooo many people to thank for that — family, friends & 10/10 care providers !! 🐣💪
a healthy, easy pregnancy is a gift i absolutely did not take for granted and i recognize is not everyone’s experience — people can do everything “right” and things can still go wrong and/or be really hard so this is not to discount that experience <3 just wanted to share things that helped me along the way 🫶
