Comment “SUN” and I’ll share my Surya Namaskar breathing guide to help you understand when to inhale and exhale through all 12 positions. Surya Namaskar is not about how quickly you complete 12 poses. It’s about how mindfully you move through each one. Small mistakes in posture, spinal alignment and weight distribution can affect the quality of your practice. Whether you’re a beginner or have been practising for years, pay attention to how you move, where you place your weight and how you coordinate your breath. Remember, control and awareness matter more than speed. Save this reel and revisit these corrections before your next practice. Happy Navratri! ❤️🥰 Did you know the word Navratri comes from Sanskrit and means “nine nights”? These nine nights celebrate Goddess Durga and the triumph of good over evil, reminding us of the power of inner strength, positivity, and light. ✨ During this beautiful celebration, many observe fasting, offer prayers, and, of course, dance the night away with Garba! 💃🏽 So light a diya 🪔, welcome positive energy into your life, celebrate the good around you… And most importantly, DANCE! 🥰❤️ Wishing everyone love, light, strength, and happiness! ❤️ #HappyNavratri #Garba #Navratri #PositiveEnergy
