One of the most common things I see in dry clients is their hesitation to exfoliate at home. If you have a dry skin type, dry brushing the body and exfoliation are a must!

“So much of what Chris does comes from her home life and her lack of emotional support, and a lot of the conversations with Mike [Flanagan] were just about humanizing her and making sure that she doesn’t just come from a place of cruelty for the sake of cruelty. A lot of her bullying Carrie has nothing to do with Carrie. It all has to do with Chris and what she’s going through, and her lack of healthy coping mechanisms.”
